A Full Breakdown Of Our Process

In this article, we have a full breakdown of our process, from initial consultation and concept development to proofing, production, and final delivery. Whether you’re drawn to timeless letterpress, elegant foil detailing, or beautifully layered invitation suites, you’ll discover exactly what to expect when investing in our wedding stationery.


OUR process

At Mitzie, we believe the process should feel just as refined as the final product. Creating bespoke wedding invitations is a collaborative journey and one that combines thoughtful design, expert guidance, and luxury printing techniques to deliver a suite that feels truly exceptional.


STEP 1


CONTACT US

Contact us with which collection you’re interested in, your wedding date, how many households you need to send your invites to, your location and your budget.


QUOTE

Once we have received your correspondence we will put together a bespoke quote for you. We will aim to send you your quote within 48 hours.


STEP 2


FIRST PAYMENT

We will send you a payment link for 30% of the total cost. Once we have received the payment from you we can begin the design process. We will follow up the payment with a form for you to fill out to capture all of your key wedding information that needs to go on the designs.


DESIGN

We will send you a document containing all of the design options for you to chose from. If you need help deciding, we offer a complimentary design consultation to run through colour and foil options.


STEP 3


MOCKUPS

We will send you a mockup of your invites for you to review. Following this, you will let us know if you have any changes that you would like us to make. Please note that we are not able to change any of the core components of the collections such as shape.


REVISIONS & Approval

We offer two rounds of revisions and will send you mockups at each stage. If you require more than two revision rounds this will cost extra. We will then get your final approval.


STEP 4


FINAL PAYMENT

Once we have your final approval of the designs, we will send you a payment link for the remaining 70% of the total cost.


PRINT

We will finalise the files and hand print your designs at our studio in London, UK. This part of the process will take an average of 4 weeks.


STEP 5


QUALITY CHECK

Our trusted print partner will send your invitations to us. We will quality check each piece to make sure each one is perfect.


ASSEMBLY

We will put each piece into it’s envelope. If you have opted for guest addressing then we will fix each address to the envelope.


STEP 6


DELIVERY

Following the quality check we will send your invitations securely to you. We offer free shipping to mainland UK. Pickup from SW London is available. Shipping costs apply outside of mainland UK.
