Enquiries & Booking
Submitting a contact form does not create a binding contract.
A contract is formed only when:
- We confirm acceptance of your project in writing; and
- Any required deposit has been received.
We reserve the right to decline enquiries at our discretion.
Pricing & Payment
All quotes are provided in writing.
Prices are valid for the period stated in the quote.
A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking.
Final payment must be made before delivery of final artwork or print release unless otherwise agreed.
Late payments may result in delays to project timelines.
Design Process & Revisions
Design timelines will be agreed at the start of the project.
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving proofs carefully.
A specified number of revisions will be included in your quote.
Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
Once final approval is given, Mitzie is not responsible for errors not identified during the proofing stage.
Printing & Production
If we manage print production on your behalf:
- We are not responsible for minor colour variations between digital proofs and printed materials.
- Production timelines may vary depending on suppliers.
- We are not liable for delays caused by third-party printers or couriers.
If you choose to print independently, you assume responsibility for final output quality.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information and content
- Obtain permission for any third-party materials (such as logos, fonts, or images)
- Review proofs thoroughly before approval
Mitzie is not responsible for copyright infringement where materials are supplied by the client.
Intellectual Property
All initial concepts, drafts, and unused designs remain the intellectual property of Mitzie.
Upon full payment:
- You are granted to use the final approved design for its intended purpose.
- You may not alter or sell the designs to a third party.
Mitzie retains the right to:
Display completed work in portfolios, on social media, and for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellations & Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable as they secure your booking and cover initial design work.
If a project is cancelled after work has commenced, you will be invoiced for work completed up to the cancellation date.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Mitzie shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
