Here’s a list of our most frequently asked questions. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Pricing

What’s the price range?

Couples who work with us usually spend between £1,500 and £5,000.

How do I pay?

You will receive a payment link at each stage:
– 30% of the total cost will be paid upfront.
– 70% of the total cost will be paid after final approval of the designs.

All pricing is in British Pounds (GBP)

What is your refund policy?

We understand that plans can change therefore we will do our best to accommodate at each stage of the process:

– If the design process has not begun then you are eligible for a 100% refund.
– If design proofs have been sent to you then you are eligible for a 50% refund on the 30% that you have paid upfront.
– If you have agreed in writing to us starting production of your invites then unfortunately we will not be able to offer a refund.

Quantity

What’s the minimum order quantity?

40 Pieces

How many should I order?

We recommend ordering extra invitations for keepsake, to be photographed on the day or in case of any lost post or last minute invites. Our guide to how many invites you should order can be found here.

Timing

When should I order my invitations?

Ideally, contact us three months before you plan to send your invites to your guests. Here’s our guide for when you should send your invites.

How long will it take to get my invitations?

We will work at your pace in the initial design process. After you have approved the final designs the process will take eight weeks on average to complete.

Design Customisation

What am I able to customise?

You can customise all of the event detail text.

We provide design options for the following:
– Paper colour
– Envelope colour
– Foil colour

Can I see the design options?

Full design options will be sent to you upon agreeing to work together.

Can I change the layout?

If you have a different layout in mind, we may be able to accommodate this. Please contact us with your request.

Can I see a printed proof?

You will be able to see a full digital proof after your first payment, before your designs go to print. Unfortunately we cannot offer printed proofs at any stage.

How many rounds of feedback will I have?

We offer two rounds of amends. You will receive a new proof after each round.

Do you offer custom designs?

We may be able to offer custom wedding suites of a similar style to existing collections. Please contact us with your request.

Can I make changes after I’ve placed my order?

After we have received your final approval, further changes will unfortunately not be possible.

Print

Do you print the invitations?

Yes, we hand print each invitation using a variety of complex and traditional printing techniques from our studio in London.

Assembly

Do you assemble the invitations?

Yes, we assemble each piece of your wedding suite. All you have to do is seal, address, stamp and send.

Do you offer guest addressing?

We offer guest addressing at an extra cost, depending on the number of guests.
– You will be sent a document to fill out all guest addresses.
– We will print the labels and attach to the envelopes.

Delivery

Do you include stamping?

We do not offer stamping.
If you have opted for guest addressing, all you need to do is seal, stamp and send.

Do you send the invitations out to guests?

We do not send the invitations to your guests.
We will send the assembled prints to you, for you to send to your guests.

Do I have to pay for you to ship the invites to me?

If you live in mainland UK, we offer free shipping to you.

International shipping details below.

Can I collect from you?

We offer collection from South West London.

Do you offer International shipping?

We do ship internationally. Costs apply and will be billed to you.

Other Design Services

Do you offer design services for the wedding day itself?

If you are looking for cohesive print branding for your wedding, we can offer custom designs of a similar aesthetic. Please contact us with your request.

Do you offer design services for things other than weddings?

Absolutely, if you are interested in our design services for other events or branding projects, we’d love to hear from you. Please contact us with your request.
