What am I able to customise on my stationery?
You can customise all of the event detail text.
We provide design options for the following:
– Paper colour
– Envelope colour
– Foil colour
Can I see the colour options?
You can view a selection of our paper and envelope colours when viewing our collections. We have over 50 colours available, along with a range of foil finishes, and we’ll help you choose a combination that works perfectly with your stationery.
Can I change the layout of a collection?
If you have a different layout in mind, we may be able to accommodate this. Please contact us with your request.
Can I see a printed proof?
We use high-resolution digital proofs so you can review every detail, wording, layout and colour, before anything is printed. This lets us make changes quickly without the cost or delay of reprinting, which we pass on to you in our pricing.
How many rounds of feedback will I have?
Every order includes two rounds of revisions, which covers the vast majority of couples comfortably. Most couples land on a design they love within that. If you’d like further tweaks beyond that, we’re happy to keep going at a small additional cost per round, simply to keep things sustainable on our end as a small studio.
Do you offer custom designs?
Yes, alongside customising one of our existing collections, we can also design something entirely from scratch for you. Get in touch and we’ll talk through what that would involve.
Can I make changes after I’ve placed my order?
Once you have signed off on your final proof, we begin hand-printing straight away to keep your order on schedule for your wedding date, therefore changes aren’t possible after that point.
We’ll always make sure you’ve reviewed everything carefully before that final approval.
